Notice of Election Organization of the East Priest Lake Fire Protection District Idaho Code § 31-1405 LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Idaho Code Title 31, Chapter 14, the Board of County Commissioners for Bonner County, Idaho will hold an election on May 19, 2020 for the purpose of determining whether not to organize the East Priest Lake Fire Protection District. Persons voting under the provisions of Idaho Code § 31-1405 shall possess all the qualifications required of electors under the general laws of the state, and be a resident of the proposed district.
