Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Priest River is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $500,000. The proposed project is for water system improvements. The hearing will include a discussion of the need of the project; the application process; and the project's scope of work, location, funding/budget, schedule, and expected benefits.
