WALLACE — Clark Fork volleyball got revenge for its only loss this season Thursday night, taking care of Wallace in straight sets, 25-15, 25-21, 25-23.

"Wallace played really good tonight and we played a little bit better," head coach Michelle Valliere said. "The girls did a good job on serve receive tonight passing balls up. They also did a good job covering hits and blocking balls."

On Sept. 15, the Miners traveled to Clark Fork and outlasted the Lady Cats in a five-set thriller. But Thursday night was a different story as Clark Fork rolled to its sixth straight victory.

Wallace nearly captured the third set, but with sophomore Paige Valliere serving the Lady Cats went on an 8-0 run to close out the set.

Paige had 18 assists, 13 digs and three aces, junior Caiya Yanik tallied six kills, three aces and two blocks and junior Katelyn Matteson added two blocks.

Clark Fork (8-1) heads to Kootenai at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
