Kick in the Grass: Youth soccer teams enjoy fall season
Team Wind coached by Alex Crossingham is a fun-loving group of kiddos playing soccer this fall in the U6 Sandpoint Rec League. Pictured from left to right are Chastaine, Jadyn, Nolan, Knight and Axel. Chastaine plays with conviction and coordination on the field. Jadyn is a speedy player who always plays with a big smile. Nolan plays calm and calculated and often is in the right position. With Sandpoint Rec League soccer underway for the 2020 season, these kids in the U5 division are off to a hot start. Pictured (from left) is Jude Baroni, Ezekiel “Zeke” Karst, Ivan Peak, Clara Rawson, Estelle Skinner, Indy Parr-Coffin, Isaac Good, and Ellie Klontz. The Submarines kicked off the season last week playing hard, scoring goals and having fun out there on the field together. With awesome players like these, you know the future of Bulldog soccer is in good hands.

Sandpoint Rec Soccer League is back this month and we wanted to bring attention to these hard-working kids in the U7 division. Pictured (from left) are Nash Albertson, Grady Peak, Addilyn Bobbitt, Elsmarie Vouk, Khloe Schramm, Hayden Welsh, Dawson Skinner, Landon Coates and Penelope “Penny” Pankow of the Passers team. These kids fought hard last week in their first season ever playing on a bigger field, with larger goals and a first-time goalie position.
