A civil dispute was reported on Jackson Avenue at 3:37 p.m.

Kathleen M. Emerson, 64, of Post Falls was arrested in the Jackson Avenue area at 5:28 p.m. on two misdemeanor Kootenai County warrants on charges of failure to appear.
