Cody Smith, 32, of Heron, Montana, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Flathead County, Montana on N. Boyer Road at 1:38 p.m.

Deputies, Sam Owen Fire, Bonner County EMS and Clark Fork Ambulance responded to a report of an unknown-injury accident on Highway 200 in Hope at 2:16 p.m.

Report of a traffic accident at the Samuels Store on U.S. 95 at 2:46 p.m.

Report of an alarm on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 3:09 p.m.

A marine deputy responded to a call in the Bayview area at 2:13 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Spirit Lake Cutoff Road for a traffic accident reported at 7:51 p.m.

James Bennett, 37, of Hope, was arrested in the 7000 block of Colburn Culver Road at 8:05 p.m. on an outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with open container and driving without privileges.

A juvenile male was arrested in the 31000 block of Highway 200 in Ponderay at 9:40 p.m. on charges of possession with intent to deliver LSD, possession of MDMA, possession of marijuana, possession of hydrocodone, possession of Xanax, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies were assigned to a 911 hang-up call in the Coolin area on Cavanaugh Bay Road at 10:19 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 10:53 p.m.
