ANOTHER WAGON FOR PUPILS

A delegation representing a dozen families out Ontario street appeared before the school board, requesting a conveyance to take their children to the Washington school. Several families live east of the railroad and there are additional families on across the track, which have for two years made an effort to secure a crossing over the Great Northern tracks and are willing to put in the road. The school board granted the petition for a wagon route for the pupils and efforts to get a crossing over the G.N. are being renewed.

CITY GARAGE GETS SPLENDID AUTO BUS

The City garage has received a new Mack auto bus for the run between the city and the G.N. station. The white-painted bus with gold stripe trimmings is a splendid piece of work with a passenger-carrying body on a 2½-ton truck chassis and a capacity of 40 with an open baggage compartment in back. It is electric lighted, with hardwood interior and leather seats.
