Sole Source Advertisement This serves as notice that the Board of County Commissioners intends to contract with TENEX Software Solutions for the sole source procurement of Electronic Polling Books. This sole source procurement is in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2808(2), and approved by the Bonner County Commissioners on the 8th day of September, 2020. The reason for the sole source procurement from TENEX is that they are currently the only Electronic Polling Book System that currently operates seamlessly with the State system and requires no data conversion. This system updates to state's database every 5 minutes and allows for same day voter registration.
