Sole Source Advertisement This serves as notice that the Board of County Commissioners intends to contract with TENEX Software Solutions for the sole source procurement of Electronic Polling Books. This sole source procurement is in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2808(2), and approved by the Bonner County Commissioners on the 8th day of September, 2020. The reason for the sole source procurement from TENEX is that they are currently the only Electronic Polling Book System that currently operates seamlessly with the State system and requires no data conversion. This system updates to state's database every 5 minutes and allows for same day voter registration. STATE TIMBER SALE CR100466, DEVILS FORK A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 4053 Cavanaugh Bay Road, Coolin, ID 83821, at 1:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 for an estimated 3,000 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser.
