FACILITIES Approved moving forward with the estimate from Selkirk Sealcoat to clean up, repair, and reseal the road and parking lot at the sheriff's office for the cost of $19,409.70. FAIR Approved the IDPR-RV Grant Agreement for Project # RV21-1-09-3 in the amount of $225,900.00 for the Fairgrounds Campground Repair and improvement project. Approved the Notice of Advertisement for the Fairgrounds Project # RV21-1-09-3 for the Bonner County Fairgrounds Roadway Improvements. Allowed the Chairman to sign this administratively. ROAD & BRIDGE Approved this written statement to establish a quiet zone at Kootenai Bay Rd railroad crossing and allowed the chairman to sign. WEEDS Approved Resolution #2020-55 authorizing the Clerk to open the Weeds FY20 budget and increase account 027-8390 Herbicides by $400.00 from the unscheduled revenue, as detailed in the resolution.
