Mark Tatham, 64, of Spokane, was arrested in the 7000 block of Highway 57 in Priest River at 1:06 a.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia; and was cited on a charge of
driving under the influence.
An injury accident was reported on Highway 57 in Priest River at 1:06 a.m.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on Elk Ridge Road in Athol at 3:19 a.m.
