PRIEST RIVER — Once again, Clark Fork volleyball took down 3A Priest River. The Lady Cats outlasted Priest River in five sets Saturday night, 16-25, 25-13, 25-21, 21-25, 16-14.

This is the Lady Cats fifth straight win and third over a 3A Intermountain League opponent this season. Clark Fork defeated Priest River in four sets on Sept. 19.

"They played so much better tonight than they did at home when we played them," Clark Fork head coach Michelle Valliere said about Priest River. "Their passing was way better, their hitting was way better, so I was super happy with the girls tonight."

Emily Myers had 21 digs, Caiya Yanik tallied five blocks, Paige Valliere racked up 29 assists, Taylor Staley hit nine kills and Katelyn Matteson added five aces.

Clark Fork (7-1) plays at Genesis Prep 6 p.m. Tuesday.
