Republicans' dismay over stimulus bill is 'funny, funny, funny'

To my Republican friends, your dismay at the Biden stimulus bill is as Gomer Pile would put it … "funny, funny, funny."

Our representatives in Congress claim the bill will take your guns away and encourage abortions. Governor Little says it will burden all future generations with a never ending bill.

What's funny? Well, the first two claims are self evident. Little and the other Republicans fail to see that all this money will stimulate the economy and their cronies, the rich and large companies. But the biggest funny of all is that while they turn up their noses at helping average low and middle income families, their memory fails when the federal government under Trump passed a huge tax cut for the top 1% of the rich and huge corporations to the tune of at least $2 trillion in lost revenue.  

So I'd suggest you go look in the mirror when it comes up to running up the debt.

"Funny, funny, funny" and pitiful.
