James P. Richards, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Larch Street at 7:36 a.m. on a charge of resisting/obstructing and a Bonner County warrant.

Report of a possible drunken driver in the area of Hickory Street and S. Madison Avenue at 8:45 a.m.

An officer assisted BCSO in the area of U.S. 95 and Brisboys Road in Sagle at 9:41 a.m.
