How much pressure can Sand Creek take? Please, city administration, don't try to describe this change to the setback as facilitating economic development. We all know it's a boon to developers - not to the creation of good paying jobs. Any business spaces created back there will be staffed by minimum wage folks who already can't live on those wages...
