NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following: City Application No. PZC21-0001, a request for a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map amendment from Industrial to Context Area-3 (CA-3) and a Zone Change from Industrial General (IG) to Residential Multi-family (RM) to facilitate the subsequent development of multi-family housing on the site (which is not a part of this request but will be subject to a future application).
