Information was relayed to law enforcement on McGhee Road in Kootenai at 10:13 a.m.

Rings were reported taken from the 200 block of N. First Avenue at 12:25 p.m.

Report of a family offense in the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue at 12:30 p.m.

David M. Tubbs, 32, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 1:06 p.m. on a charge of excessive driving under the influence.

Officers were unable to locate a male reported to be camping in the 4200 block of N. Boyer Road at 3:41 p.m.

A male was trespassed from a business in the 400 block of Cedar Street after a report of vagrancy at 5:07 p.m.

Report of a single-vehicle, non-injury collision reported in the area of Ebbett Way and Industrial Drive at 5:22 p.m.

Report of a parking problem in the area of Fifth and Oak at 5:29 p.m.

Drug paraphernalia found in the Fifth Avenue area was seized for destruction at 6:14 p.m.

A 16-year-old Sandpoint female was arrested on a felony warrant at 6:14 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported to be blocking the alley in the 500 block of S. Florence Avenue at 7:47 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate vehicles spinning donuts in a parking lot in the 700 block of S. Lincoln Avenue after a report of reckless driving at 8:31 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen's questions in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 9:06 p.m.

Two transients was warned about camping inside city limits in the 300 block of Oak Street at 1:06 a.m.

Nov. 18

An officer was dispatched to the 476000 block of U.S. 95 at 9:58 a.m. in reference to a fraud report.

Report of a theft in the 477000 block off U.S. 95 at 12:16 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the area of Highway 200 and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 4:58 p.m.

Joshaua J. Barnhardt, 38, of Ponderay was cited in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 8:22 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces); and Nicole A. Bevins, 34, of Ponderay was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces.)
