Feb. 4, 1921 – CULVER-ODEN NEWS
Miss Helen Ramsey, school teacher at the North Oden school, took the children to Sandpoint Saturday to see movies at the Gem. Thirty-two pupils went in two bobsleds. H.J. Cuenat and Forest Crowder each drove down a team. Some of the children had never seen moving pictures. It was sure a great treat to all the pupils and they should appreciate the generosity of their teacher.
About a foot of snow fell Saturday night in this part of the country, the heaviest so far this winter.

DRESS FORM CLASS
Mrs. Eugene Ralph, home demonstration agent, held her second and largest class in the new dress form work ever held in the state, at Clarksfork two days last week. Twelve forms were made, each fitted to the woman who will use it in her dressmaking. At an early date a clothing specialist will be here to teach these women how to make and fit dresses over the new forms.

TUBERCULOSIS SANITARIUM UNLIKELY
At Wednesday’s regular weekly luncheon of the Chamber of Commerce at the Wisconsin house, Probate Judge Martin reported on his trip to Boise, giving the present status of the sanitarium project. He stated there is very little prospect of Sandpoint ever getting a sanitarium, as one is to be built at Payette, with money to finance it until 1922.
