Shawn M. Haney, 36, of Blanchard, was arrested in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue in Blanchard at 1:07 p.m. on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance in a public place and possession of marijuana.

Deputies, EMS and Spirit Lake Fire responded to a welfare check on Railroad Avenue at 1:07 p.m.

Report of a noise complaint in the Colburn area on Hidden Meadow Lane at 1:52 p.m.

A trespass call was made at the solid waste site on Stations Way in Priest River at 1:40 p.m.
