NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ponderay City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., Council Chambers of Ponderay City Hall, 288 Fourth Street, Ponderay, Idaho, to consider the following request: File ZC20-020 McNearney Neighborhood Zoning Map Update, The Ponderay Planning Commission has initiated a review and update of the Ponderay zoning map as it relates to the "McNearney Neighborhood". For this purpose, the "McNearney Neighborhood" shall encompass properties located north of Kootenai Cutoff Road and south of the north end of McNearney Road, between US Highway 95 and the Union Pacific Railroad tracks/McGhee Road in the south half of Section 2, Township 57 North Range 2 West, Bonner County Idaho. Not all parcels within the subject neighborhood have zoning district changes proposed. ORDINANCE NO. 155 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY WITHIN THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO; PARTICULARILY DESCRIBING THE PORTION OF SAID RIGHT OF WAY; PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF PONDERAY, IDAHO THAT: Section 1. A portion of public right of way lying wholly within the city of Ponderay, Bonner County, Idaho, is not needed for use as a public street. Pursuant to the provisions of Idaho code section 50 - 311, the portion of said right of way described in section 1 is hereby vacated. Section 3.
