SHERIFF'S OFFICE - Marine Approved and signed the Recreational Boating Safety grant agreement to the Bonner County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $104,085.00 and approve the county's match of $52,042.00 from the Marine Vessel accounts. Approved and signed the IDPR Grant Closeout Form to seek reimbursement in the amount of $27,000.00 related to the purchase of two FLIR devices and related equipment. RECREATION Approved and signed the grant request for reimbursement/closeout for the Hope Boat Ramp grant #WW20-1-09-2. By signing, Bonner County will be reimbursed $75,234.10 from Idaho Parks and Recreation Waterways Improvement Fund grant. ROAD & BRIDGE Approved the payment of $13,888.00 to CCI Surety, Inc. for a reclamation permit bond for the Blanchard Pit, and to allow the Chairman to sign the indemnity agreement. Approved Resolution #2021-16 authorizing the Clerk to open the Road and Bridge FY21 budget and schedule revenue by increasing accounts 002...7430 Repairs - Building; 8490 Plant Mix Asphalt; 9390 Capital - Vehicles; and 9520 Capital - Heavy Equipment by the aggregate amount of $659,698.94 as detailed in the Resolution. Authorized Road &Bridge to engage Glahe & Associates to survey road perimeters and topo on Sunnyside Road at a cost not to exceed $23,000.00. SOLID WASTE Approved the extension of the Great West contract. This contract extension will allow Great West to assist Bonner County Solid Waste with obtaining a USDA rural development funding. Authorized the Chairman to sign the contract administratively. ASSESSOR Approved the lease between Bonner County DMV and Canon Solutions America, Inc for new 60 month lease for $39.00 per month.
