Idaho officials need to realize that words matter

Words matter. Remember when Bill Clinton famously said “it depends what the meaning of is, is.

The government in Idaho is in the process of changing the meaning of law by changing one word. That word is “shall” to be replaced by “must.” Why would your representatives in government make such a change?

I suggest “we the people” need to find out!
