Andrew Holstad, 35, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the pre-100 block of U.S. 2 in Oldtown for possession of meth and heroin at 3:32 a.m.
A deputy responded to an alarm activation in the pre-100 block of Chutes Lane at 4:56 a.m.
Deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity on East Fourth in Oldtown at 5:16 a.m.

A juvenile was cited for possession of alcohol in the 300 block of South Division at 1:01 p.m.

Officers from Ponderay and Sandpoint responded to a report of a mental subject on Highway 200 at 11:32 a.m.
Officers from Ponderay and Sandpoint responded to a report of reckless driving in the 470,000 block of U.S. 95 at 8:27 p.m.
An officer conducted follow-up on a previous call in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:02 p.m.
An officer responded to an alarm activation in the 470,000 block of U.S. 95 at 9:56 p.m.
Eric O’Connor, 43, of Moyie Springs, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia on U.S. 95 at 11:32 p.m.
