THIRD STREET AND STATE HWY 2 PEDESTRIAN RAMP IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF PRIEST RIVER Sealed BIDS for the THIRD STREET AND STATE HWY 2 PEDESTRIAN RAMP IMPROVEMENTS project will be received by the City of Priest River located at 552 High Street, Priest River, Idaho 83856, until 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday March 11, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. All interested individuals are welcome to attend. All bids shall be presented or otherwise delivered to the Mayor's Office under seal with a concise statement marked on the outside thereof identifying the project to which the bids pertain. The SCOPE of the project includes: The City of Priest River has received funding from the Idaho Transportation Department to improve and update existing pedestrian facilities at the intersection of 3rd Street and US Highway 2. This project will include replacing the existing pedestrian ramps to be in compliance with ADA requirements as well as asphalt surface restoration of the 3rd Street/Lake Street approach. The project will also include the installation of curb and gutter, retaining wall, and guardrail. SUMMARY OF CITY OF SANDPOINT ORDINANCE NO. 1384 Creation of Arts, Culture and Historic Preservation Commission AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, REPEALING SANDPOINT CITY CODE TITLE 2, CHAPTER 3, HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION, AND TITLE 2, CHAPTER 5, ARTS COMMISSION, AND CREATING A NEW CHAPTER UNDER TITLE 2, CHAPTER 10, ARTS, CULTURE AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION, PROVIDING FOR REPEAL AND SEVERABILITY, AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Following is a summary of the provisions of Ordinance No. 1384. Ordinance Section 1 repeals Sandpoint City Code Title 2, Chapter 3, Historic Preservation Commission, in its entirety. Ordinance Section 2 repeals Sandpoint City Code Title 2, Chapter 5, Arts Commission, in its entirety. Ordinance Section 3 creates new Chapter 10, Arts, Culture and Historic Preservation Commission, under Sandpoint City Code Title 2, Boards and Commissions. Ordinance Sections 4 and 5 provide for repeal and severability, publication and an effective date.
