Howard Hull, 59, of Spirit Lake was arrested on a felony warrant in the 4000 block of Spirit Lake Cutoff at 7:19 p.m.
A deputy took a report of a battery in the 400 block of Shamar Drive in Blanchard at 8:57 p.m.
Asa W. Richardson, 26, of Elk, Washington, was arrested in the area of U.S. 2 and Bodie Canyon Road in Priest River at 10:29 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
A deputy responded to a civil dispute in the 100 block of Satchel Drive in Spirit Lake at 10:29 p.m.
July 14
Tanner Flodquist, 21, of Spirit Lake was arrested near the intersection of U.S. 95 and Dinkum Faire Road in Cocolalla at 1:44 a.m. on charges of possession of heroin and
possession of paraphernalia.

Report of a watch found in the 1100 block of Lake Street at 12:49 p.m.
A bicycle was found abandoned in the 300 block of Dearborn Street at 8:09 a.m.
A report of a vehicle theft on Oak Street at 2:21 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.
Report of four disorderly individuals in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 2:36 p.m.
Drug paraphernalia found at City Beach was seized for destruction at 4:07 p.m.
Report of a fireworks violation in the 100 block of Airport Way at 9:10 p.m.
Officers contacted a male and female involved in a verbal domestic on Halley Street at 11:06 p.m.
John F. Eastaugh, 41, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 11:32 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).
