An officer removed a trash bag from the roadway after a report of a traffic hazard on Fifth Avenue at 8:57 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on S. Division Avenue at 10:01 a.m.

A 911 hang-up reported on Olive Avenue at 10:42 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Report of a missing bicycle in the 500 block of Pine Street at 6:02 a.m.
