Stop with excuses and start taking action

Seriously, are you really happy with the reflection you see when you look in the mirror? Is who you see who you feel like on the inside? Have you blamed everybody and everything for being out of shape and in not your best health?
Let me guess, you have to go to work, you have kids, you have a husband or a wife who pulls at you and demands attention, you have a back injury, you have a knee injury, you cannot afford to get in shape, you have a migraine every day, the moon is in the wrong phase, your cat is using your exercise equipment as a perch … blah, blah, blah.
Are any of these your excuses?
Well, guess what? They are just excuses — your excuses. Now, knock it off.
Why in the world would you continue to live in a body that you aren’t completely in love with?
Do you think someone else is going to get in shape for you? Perhaps you are still waiting around for that “magic-skinny-butt-pill?”
Wrong. It starts with you.
Find a mirror, strip down and take a look at what it is showing you. (Preferably not in public.) If you want to change your body, you have to change your mind first. Stop making all your lame excuses and get serious.

Don’t wait to lose weight and get in shape. Now is the time for you to stop making excuses, put your sneakers on and move.
