Large crowd attends picnic

About 50 neighbors gathered at City Park Tuesday evening for the regular picnic. The table was groaning with good things, while a nearby fire, under the management of Rev. Lynch, was roasting potatoes. About 20 were roasting wieners. Next Monday evening at 6 p.m. a number of men will meet at the park to fix additional tables and benches. Every Tuesday evening during the summer will be another of these famous feeds. If you are missing these picnics, you are missing a real feature of community life. They are not held under the auspices of any society, church, club or such. They are for all the people of Priest River.
