The Brother Brothers to open for Keb' Mo'

| June 26, 2021 1:00 AM

The Brother Brothers have been selected to open for Keb’ Mo’ & Band at the Festival at Sandpoint concert on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021.

The Brother Brothers are the indie folk duo of Adam and David Moss. The identical twins were born and raised in Peoria, Illinois, and originally based in Brooklyn, but have been ultimately and profoundly shaped by indiscriminate rambling. They are the kind of people who have a story about everything, and moreover, one you might genuinely like to hear.

The duo pairs warm acoustics with funky electric keyboard. They have been compared to Simon and Garfunkel, Willie Nelson, and the Beach Boys, but their music is uniquely their own. They combine their natural harmonies and soulful folk to create a sound that harkens to the ‘60s. They followed their first 2017 EP “Tugboats” with their album “Some People I Know” in 2018, and their 2019 single “Siren Song” that has accumulated over 23 million streams on Spotify. Their recent release, “Calla Lily”, features their new hit “On the Road Again.” Their work has earned international acclaim from NPR, Billboard, and Rolling Stone Country. They have accompanied I’m With Her, Big Thief, Lake Street Dive, and Shakey Graves.
