TJ Davis places 7th in heptathlon to earn NAIA All-American honors

YANKTON, S.D. — TJ Davis, a 2018 Sandpoint grad, captured seventh in the heptathlon at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships in Yankton, South Dakota last week while competing for Eastern Oregon University.
With the finish, Davis earned All-American honors.
Davis received a scholarship to Eastern Oregon this past April after spending the previous two years at Spokane Falls Community College.
The SHS school record holder in the 110-meter hurdles will look to build off a successful indoor season this spring when he pursues his goal of becoming an NAIA national champion in the decathlon.
