Robert G. 'Bob' Blood, 89

Robert G. 'Bob' Blood was born to George and Mary Blood on March 21, 1941, in Bellows Falls, Vermont, and passed in Spokane, Washington, on March 8, 2021.

Bob graduated from Southbury High School in Connecticut in 1959. Bob worked in the dairy industry in Connecticut, Spokane and Seattle, Washington, retiring in 1983. He owned and operated the bulk mail route from Spokane to Bonners Ferry for several years.

Bob enjoyed fishing, water skiing, boating, golf and many summers at the family home on the lake near Contest Point. He was also fond of horse racing and casinos.

He is survived by his brother Ken Blood and partner Bonnie McGhee of Sandpoint, and his son John of Connecticut.

He was preceded in death by his father; his mother, Mary Leavitt; and his stepdad R.J. "Bud" Leavitt.
