James P. Richards, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the Eastgate Drive area at 10:12 p.m. on an outstanding felony warrant and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) on Eastgate Drive.

An officer received a report of a reckless driver in the 47700 block of U.S. 95 at 1:26 a.m.
