North Idaho Lakers tryouts set for Tuesday

SANDPOINT — The local American Legion baseball program — the North Idaho Lakers — will hold tryouts on Tuesday, May 18, from 6-8 p.m. at Pine Street Field.
Players ages 13-19 from Priest River, Bonners Ferry, Clark Fork and Sandpoint are encouraged to attend.
The Lakers will field two teams this summer. KC MacDonald and Brian Riley will coach the 19U team, and Ken Oler, Bill Connolly and Tyler Connolly will coach the 16U team.
