Margaret ‘Jane’ Redcrow, 90

Margaret J. “Jane” Redcrow, 90, of Dalton Gardens, Idaho, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021, at her home.

Jane was born on January 30, 1931, in Sandpoint, Idaho, at Parnell Hospital, the daughter of Clarence J. Reynolds and Laura A. (Saunders) Reynolds. Jane grew up on her family’s farm along West Oden Bay. 

Jane was happiest spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in Rainbow Bay, the playground of her childhood. Walks with her cousin and aunt were a summertime favorite along with boating on Lake Pend Oreille, camping, and occasionally yodeling. 

Survivors include her sons, Stan Balison and Peter Redcrow; and daughter, Laura Balison; nine grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two of her sons, Terry Balison and Michael Balison; her paternal grandparents, Henry A. and Alvina M. E. (Freeman) Reynolds; her maternal grandparents, Frank M. and Sinne J. (Chandler) Saunders; her aforementioned parents; and her brother, Maurice A. Reynolds.
