Alan Lee Hulquist, 53

Alan Lee Hulquist, 53, passed away, at his home in Sagle, Idaho, on Monday, May 17, 2021.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, 2021, at the Jewel Lake Ranch Barn.

Alan was born on October 12, 1967, in Missoula, Montana, the son of Guy and maeBelle Hulquist. He attended Missoula schools, graduating from high school. He moved to the Sagle area, with his family, in the early 1980s. He worked in the family logging operation, retiring early due to a back injury. Alan enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, working with wood and operating his 4-wheeler.

He is survived by his father, Guy Hulquist in Sagle; his children, Tristan L. Hulquist in Sagle, and Brianna Abey in Sandpoint; and his brother, Bret Hulquist in Spokane, Washington. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his mother maeBelle and his brother Brady.
