Joseph A Smith, 54, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Fifth Avenue and Larch Street at 8:20 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

An officer was canceled prior to arrival in the 32000 block of Highway 200 in Kootenai after a report of suspicious circumstances at 9:01 p.m.

An officer received a report of an intoxicated individual in the 476800 block of U.S. 95 at 7:10 p.m.

Michael A. Gahm, 47, of Ponderay was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:05 p.m.
