Public Notice Announcement of Fire Commissioner Vacancy Northside Fire District The Northside Fire District, serving the cities of Ponderay, Kootenai and north and east part of Bonner County, has a vacancy in Commissioner Sub-District 2. The vacancy will be filled by temporary appointment with term lasting through 2021. This position will be scheduled for a 4-year term appointment in the beginning of 2022. Commissioners act as the board of directors for the fire district.
