Fraser's donations making a big difference

I felt public recognition and a formal thank you, was warranted for local real estate agent, Mary Fraser of Mary Fraser Homes and Fortus Realty. She is the complete antithesis of the unscrupulous real estate agent stereotype. She is kind, thoughtful, thorough, and overwhelmingly generous – both as a person and as a professional. Her deep care for her clients and for her community is not only felt during her every day dealings, but is demonstrated at the end of each sale. After closing, Mary donates a percentage of her commission to a local nonprofit of her client's choice.

Today, Return Retreats, a local nonprofit, whose mission is to rescue and restore women, was on the receiving end of that generosity. To receive an unwarranted financial gift like that is incredibly uplifting and heartwarming. It breathes new life into the Return Retreats organization and provides a revitalized outlook after setbacks from COVID.

Our community is blessed with an abundance of philanthropic members and organizations and I just wanted to bring light to Mary, as one of those highly compassionate and community focused individuals.
