John Alden 'Jack' Lamb, 75

John Alden “Jack” Lamb, 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Private family services have been held.

Jack was born on December 24, 1945, in Vancouver, Washington, to Russell and Dorothy Lamb. He grew up and attended schools in Soap Lake, Washington. The family moved to Cordova, Alaska, where Jack graduated high school.

He worked in the commercial fishing industry in Alaska for years. He moved to Sandpoint in 1996.

Jack loved horses, trail riding, and training rescued horses. He is survived by Julie Copley of Sandpoint; five children, Chad Lamb, Alisa Pangle, Shane Lamb, Tabby Withrow, and Nathan Copley; 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Sally Steadman and Betty Ann Schuessler; and a brother, Jerry Lamb.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Juanita Hussey, and two brothers Jim and Chip Lamb.
