Nov. 2

A report of unlawful entry on Juniper Drive was placed under investigation at 8:47 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 9:18 a.m.

An alarm reported in the 500 block of Oak Street at 10 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Report of a crossing arm malfunction in the area of Baldy Mountain Road and N. Division Avenue at 10:03 a.m.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 100 block of Second Avenue at 10:12 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported in the area of Fifth and Fir at 11:15 a.m.

Rick L. Brady, 66, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of First Avenue at 11:26 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).

An alarm reported in the 400 block of Church Street at 2:10 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Lavina Avenue at 2:29 p.m.

Keys were reported found in the 400 block of Sandpoint Avenue at 3:03 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver reported to be in the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue at 3:21 p.m.

Report of vandalism in the 300 block of Halley Street at 4:36 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Bridge Street after a reported burglary at 4:44 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Brittany Loop Road in Kootenai after a reported civil dispute at 4:47 p.m.
