Esther Helen (Pennington) Inselman celebrated her 80th birthday on Nov. 16, 2021. Born and raised in Sandpoint, Inselman graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1960 and was the high school mascot Bulldog.

Born Esther Pennington, she is now Esther Inselman and most people recognize her by her middle name Esther Helen.
