NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT This serves as notice that the Board of Bonner County Commissioners intends to contract with Braun Northwest, Inc. for the sole source procurement of remounting one F-450 4X4 ambulances. This sole source procurement is in accordance with Idaho Code $ 67-2808(2)(a)(ii), and approved by the Board of Bonner County Commissioners on the 16th day of November, 2021. The reason for the sole source procurement from Braun Northwest, Inc. is that they were the original manufacture of this ambulance and the factory warranty will be reset on this ambulance once the work has been completed. The value of the factory warranty in all probability exceeds the value which Bonner County could receive by competitively bidding out remounting services.
