Zombies discussed at Lifetree Café
The fascination with zombies will be explored at Lifetree Café on Monday, Oct. 25, at 2 p.m.
The program, titled “Zombies! What’s the Fascination?” features a filmed interview with Stephen Graham Jones, author of "The Gospel of Z" and "Zombie Bake-Off."
“Just about every culture has a tradition of the dead rising,” says Jones. “And zombies aren’t evil; they just do what zombies do — they look for food.”
This program explores what is fueling our fascination with zombies — and what that fascination says about our culture.
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café meets at Jalapeno's Mexican Restaurant, 314 N. Second Ave., Sandpoint.
