Lance Maxwell, 44, of Priest River was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant on Gregory Street at 3:01 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1200 block of Baldy Mountain Road after a report of a theft at 3:37 p.m.
An officer assisted a citizen after a civil dispute was reported on Aspen Way at 5:24 p.m.
Report of an intoxicated female in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 6:41 p.m.
A purse was reported found in the 4200 block of N. Boyer Road at 7 p.m.

Report of a non-injury crash in the area of highway 95 and 200 at 4:53 p.m.
Report of a possible drunken driver in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 7:28 p.m.
Two minor juveniles were cited on charges of driving under the influence and minors in possession of alcohol at 7:33 p.m. after officers responded to a reported unknown-injury accident in the 476000 block of U.S. 95.
