MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING February 15, 2022 HUMAN RESOURCES Approved the Non FMLA Policy 760, to the Bonner County Personnel Policy Manual effective February 15, 2022. Approved the Benefit Policy 700.7 PTO to the Bonner County Personnel Policy Manual effective February 15, 2022. ELECTIONS Approved Resolution #2022-12 that allows the establishment of election precincts and incorporates the precinct changes needed to accommodate the Legislative District #1 and #7 changes per the 2022 redistricting boundary changes. Approved Resolution #2022-13 designating suitable polling places for each precinct for the 2022 election year and beyond. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT Approved and signed the MOU between Bonner County and the Newport Rodeo Association for shelter and care services during an emergency. SOLID WASTE Ratified the attached commitment letter provided by Columbia Bank and allow Bonner County Solid Waste to move forward in the process of obtaining an interim loan to be used for engineering and construction costs for the Solid Waste Improvements Project.
