An officer was unable to locate a dog reported to be at large on N. Main Street in Kootenai at 4:18 p.m.

Emily R. Dreier, 36 ,of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of N. Fourth and Cedar Street at 10:42 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Ben Banks, 46, was arrested in the area of Fifth and Lincoln in the city at 9:01 p.m. on charges of domestic battery and driving under the influence.
