Deputies responded for a suspicious person reported in the area of U.S. 95 and Icehouse Landing Way in Cocolalla at 9:42 a.m.

Report of a civil standby in the 4000 block of Selle Road at 10:07 a.m.

A controlled substance incident was reported on Highway 200 in Hope at 10:36 a.m.

Jacob A. McKeever was arrested on the 45000 block of Highway 200 at 10:36 a.m. on charges of driving without privileges (second offense), open container, possession of controlled substance (meth) and felon in possession of firearm.

Report of a fraud on Highway 200 in Hope at 10:48 a.m.

An informational report was taken on North Main Street in Clark Fork at 10:46 a.m.

Report of an agency assist in the 4000 block of North Boyer Road at 11:50 a.m.

Wayne Clinton, 57, of Oldtown, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. in the 1300 block Hoo Doo Loop on a Kootenai County arrest warrant, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to the Careywood area for a 911 hang-up at 12:49 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 466000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 12:51 p.m.

Report of a suspicious person in the area of Blanchard Cutoff and Hoover roads in Blanchard at 3:25 p.m.

Thomas Marquardt, 29, address not listed, was arrested in the Blanchard area at 3:31 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Report of an alarm call on North Idaho Club Drive at 4:10 p.m.

A possible sex offense in the greater Sandpoint area was placed under investigation at 5:19 p.m.

Kelly Kearns, 62, of Clark Fork, was cited in the area North Stephen Street and East First Avenue at 8:44 p.m. on an open container charge.

Idaho State Police responded to a report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 in the Sagle area at 9:11 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the pre-100 block of Sobriety Village Lane in Clark Fork at 9:27 p.m.

Jordin Opp, 29, of Priest River, was arrested in the 2100 block of Old Priest River Road at 10:16 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Report of a reckless driver on Highway 95 near Brisboys Road in Sagle at 10:53 p.m.

Sarah E. Zumwalt, 35, of Bonners Ferry was cited in the 476300 block of Highway 95 at 11:24 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of a medical assist call on Washington Avenue at 8:41 a.m.

A civil standby was requested in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 8:52 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1200 block of Church Street at 10:50 a.m.

An alarm reported in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 11:11 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.

A possible sex offense reported in the city was placed under investigation at 11:47 a.m.

Report of an aggressive dog in the 500 block of Huron Avenue at 12:02 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Olive Avenue at 11:58 a.m.

A vehicle taken from the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue was reported recovered at 12:08 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Baldy Mountain and Great Northern roads at 2:40 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate a suspicious vehicle reported to be in the 300 block of Sprague Street in Kootenai at 4 p.m.

A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Boise Street in Kootenai at 7:18 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Officers were unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue at 8:32 p.m.

An officer responded to a vehicle burglary reported in the 1100 block of Triangle Drive at 7:43 a.m.

An officer responded to an information in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:33 a.m.

An officer received a report of harassment in the 500 block of Larkspur Street at 5:29 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Triangle Drive at 6:21 p.m.
