Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Second Avenue at 2:04 p.m.
An adult female on Samuelson Avenue was transported to detention at the request of probation at 4 p.m.
A train reported to be blocking the crossing in the area of Great Northern and Baldy Mountain roads for an extended period of time was gone prior to officer arrival at 4:07 p.m.
Report of a trespassing violation in the 600 block of Larch Street at 4:25 p.m.
Brian M. Stefani, 56, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 600 block of Larch Street on a charge of trespassing at 6:07 p.m.
Report of trespassing in the U.S. 95 area at 7:42 p.m.
Dalton J Mullaley, 21, of Priest River was arrested in the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:55 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Brian M. Stefani, 56, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 600 block of Larch Street at 10:43 p.m. on a charge of trespassing and cited on a charge of petit theft.

Report of suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1000 block of Fontaine Drive at 2:43 p.m.
Report of trespassing in the 473000 block of U.S. 95 at 7:42 p.m.
A K9 unit was deployed to a traffic stop on Highway 200 in Ponderay at 9:32 p.m.
Jennifer L. Margene, 30, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:23 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William J. Warren, 35, of Newport, Wash., was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in the area of Wisconsin and Montgomery streets at 10:15 p.m.
