Golfing for a good cause
The Wednesday Morning Women's Golf League members hand over a check to Kailee Stone from the Community Cancer Center. The league held a golf tournament for the Community Cancer Center called "Get Tee'd Off With Cancer" on June 22 and was able to contribute $7,162.00. All of the funds raised stay in Bonner and Boundary counties for local communities to use for gas, electricity and other needs. The league would like to give special thanks to the Sandpoint Elks Club for the use of the course; Dave for all the bookkeeping work. The league held a golf tournament for the Community Cancer Center called "Get Tee'd Off With Cancer" on June 22 and was able to contribute $7,162. All of the funds raised stay in Bonner and Boundary counties for local communities to use for gas, electricity and other needs.
