SMS holding registration effort today

Attention Sandpoint Middle School seventh- and eighth-grade students and parents: Lake Pend Oreille School District wants to see you.

Any seventh-graders and eighth-graders who haven't yet completed their registration paperwork should come by the school today, Aug. 24, from 3-6 p.m. where staff will be ready to assist them in the cafeteria with registration.

School officials are looking forward to giving eighth-graders with completed paperwork their fall 2022 schedules.

Seventh-grade students will receive their schedules on Sept. 1 at 5:30 p.m. during orientation after submitting their registration paperwork. All students who are new to SMS are invited to come and join school staff and officials for an open house event.

"We look forward to meeting all of our new SMS Bullpups soon," school officials said.
