Is U.S. drifting toward death, decay?

James Hill, builder of the Great Northern Railroad, wrote, “Nations, like men, are travelers. Each one of them moves, through history, toward what we call progress and a new life, or toward decay and death.”

So, progress or death? Our great country appears to be drifting toward the latter. Our elected vipers, er leaders, righteously clamor that "no one is above the law" … except them of course. The ultimate irony? We elect them! Why not un-elect them? Well, you can’t cure stupid.
